How to Access the Mobile App & Get Your PIN

You only need to do this PIN sync one time (or if you switch devices). It’s quick and easy.

Please follow along

    Inside the Member Portal from www.t3live.com/login, enter the VTF® using your credentials as instructed in the Welcome email.

    In the VTF®, click the three white lines in the top-left corner of your screen (works on both mobile and desktop).

    Select Mobile App Info.

    A pop-up will appear with your unique PIN code. Copy it or write it down.

    Download the app for your device directly from that pop-up — or use the links below. 📌 You must have your PIN ready before downloading the app. Please follow the steps above first.
