Keep VTF3 Push Notifications Visible
Quick steps for Android and iPhone so you never miss an alert.
Android: Make Alerts Stick
- 1Open Settings on your phone.
- 2Go to Apps → VTF3 → Notifications.
- 3Tap Notification categories (or similar), choose the main category (for example Alerts), set Importance to High, and enable Show as pop-up if available.
- 4Look for a setting like Persistent, Keep notifications, or Don’t auto-dismiss and turn it on if your device offers it.
- 5Turn on system Notification history so you can review anything you missed: Settings → Notifications → Notification history → On.
- 6Prevent Android from silencing VTF3: Battery → Battery optimization → set VTF3 to Unrestricted (names vary by device).
- 7Check Do Not Disturb rules and allow notifications from VTF3 during market hours.
- 8Samsung: also check Settings → Notifications → App notifications → VTF3, and Settings → Battery → Background usage limits (exclude VTF3). Pixel: use Settings → Apps → VTF3 → Battery → Unrestricted.

Note: Android clears a push once you tap it. That’s normal. Use the app’s Notifications tab to review anything you missed.
iPhone: Optimize Notifications
- 1Go to Settings → Notifications → Display As and choose Count, Stack, or List.
- 2In Settings → Notifications, tap VTF3 and enable Allow Notifications, Sounds, Badges, and Lock Screen alerts.
- 3Set Banner Style to Persistent so alerts stay until you clear them.
- 4(iOS 18.4+) Turn on Priority Notifications for VTF3. (iOS 18.1+) Adjust Scheduled Summary if you use it.
- 5Check Focus modes and allow VTF3 notifications during market hours.

Find Past Alerts in the App
- 1Open the VTF3 app and log in.
- 2Tap the Notifications tab to view recent alerts (helpful if a push disappeared).
Pro tip: If something looks off, pull down to refresh the feed.
Quick Fixes
- 1Make sure you’re logged into the correct account on the app and web.
- 2On Android, set VTF3 battery to Unrestricted. On iPhone, check Focus modes.
- 3Still stuck? Log out, then back in. If needed, reinstall the app and sign in again.
Reminder: Log into the VTF via browser at least once a month to keep access and syncing active.
