Power Plays Update: Trim C & TSLA

I'm taking the following actions for Power Plays here:

Trim 1/2 of Citigroup (C), leaving us with 1/2
Trim 1/3 of Tesla (TSLA), leaving us with 2/3

While we will take a small gain on C here, I was late to the post-election bank rally so I'd rather be safe than sorry.

TSLA has had a nice move from when we added it at $344.81, but I just want to manage risk here. It can still have some decent upside ahead.
