Biotech looks ready to finally take off now that the election is over, so I'm making XBI our newest Power Play.

It looks ready to break out over resistance in the $103-$104 area.

By the way, have you seen Amazon (AMZN) today?

It broke through the critical $200 level with authority. The longer it holds above there, the better.
