Power Plays Update: Closing BIDU, MSFT & XBI

We'll close out these names from Power Plays:

Baidu (BIDU)
Microsoft (MSFT)
SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI)

The market had a nice bounce off Friday's low, and I'm not sure how much staying power these names have -- especially if the market pulls back into August.

I don't want these positions to turn into losses, so I'd rather cut them off early.
