The market is kicking off 2023 on a positive note and we could see near-term upside.

So I am making SoFi Technologies (SOFI) our latest Power Play.

Aside from the market tailwinds, the company's had a lot of insider buying.

And there's a good chance for a January effect move since tax-loss selling is over.

On the risk side, I would switch gears if SOFI broke down to the $4.35 to $4.45 area.

But I see near-term upside to $5.50 to $6 or even higher so I like the risk-reward.
