We might be heading into a tricky market period so I wanted to chime in with an update.

My base case for this week is that we consolidate some of the huge gains we've seen since the March-April lows.

Between tariff headlines and the approach of earnings season, we do have multiple sources of potential anxiety that could weigh on the tap and drive some modest profit-taking.

Plus, there's a bigger issue.

There's just no sustained power out there. We're not seeing many names make big moves and hold them.

This is a problem for options positions because we don't want to sit around watching options decline in price from time decay.

With options, we want big moves, fast.

So there may not be a new Power Plays Options idea this week.

Remember, I will not send you ideas unless I believe they can work.

I will never send an idea just for the sake of it, especially if the market looks tricky.

If it's time to flip the switch, I'll alert you ASAP.

And of course, we do have multiple ideas in one week when things look good.

We had over 10 in June alone.

So until further notice, less is more!
