Alibaba (BABA) is getting hit today so I'm going to make some adjustments.
First, we'll close out the BABA March 21 $150 calls expiring this Friday for a loss. With expiration so soon, we'd need a huge move in BABA very soon to make this position work.
But, I am very bullish on BABA over the next few weeks, so I'm adding this position as a replacement:
- Long BABA April 11 $145 Calls
These calls look good in the $6.75 to $7.25 area. (or lower)
And of course, we'll be keeping the BABA April 11 $145 X $155 call spread, which still looks fine.
