How High Can Silver Miner AG Go?

Shares

Leading silver miner AG struck a new recovery high of 10.86 on Monday up from its March 4.17 low.

With AG up 160% in just 2 months, it’s easy to understand why traders may be cautious about a further advance.

However, the following weekly of AG’s last bull run from December 2015 shows an 8 fold advance in 6 months.

AG ran from 2.40 to 19 in 6 months last time out of the gate… while silver itself ran from 13 to 19.71.

The leverage was in the miners.

The move started from a Trap Door or Boomerang pattern.

In other words, a false undercut of a weekly flat-line or Slim Jim resulted in a runaway move.

Currently silver itself shows a similar Trap Door pattern.

How high could AG advance this time around with silver in gear to the topside?

Hit & Run has taken many long swing positions in AG over the last year.

Our last position was initiated last month at 6.86.

We also took a long position in July $7 calls at 1.39.

They closed at 3.80 yesterday.

Subscribers added to AG last week at 10.02 as it came out of a Bull Flag.

Why would silver and AG explode from here?
I don’t know.

Don’t tell me why… tell me when is the First Rule of Trading.
