Intraday Update: ISEE

Biotech is rocking this morning following the BIIB data, and ISEE is rallying 3%+ to nail the initial target range at 16. The plan will be to lock in the Oct21 $15 - $20 call spread and roll up to a tighter Oct21 $17.50 - $20 call spread. The next target will be 17.50+.
