Breaking Down One Of My Favorite Setups: The 1 2 3 Pullback

CRON: A Case Study

Premarket on Thursday we pinged members to keep CRON on the long radar as it would satisfy a 1 2 3 Pullback on trade below Wednesday’s low.

A 1 2 3 Pullback is a 3 day pullback pattern in a strongly trending stock.

In my 35 year trading career, I have noticed how strongly trending stocks typically do not pullback for more than 1 to 3 days.

Combining this with the important Gann 3 Day Chart is a powerful setup of which CRON is a good example of on Feb 7th.

Exploding from an Opening Spike Low of 18.72 to  21.38 in an hour.

Our Hit & Run Method is to trade small and trade often to rack up a mountain of gains.

If you ever watch a sparrow, they swoop down and grab a piece of food and fly away repeating this over and over.

The sparrow will never be a pigeon or a sitting duck.

This is my Hit & Run Methodology.
