Walmart <\/b>(WMT) shares are up 4.9% ahead of the open after beating Q4 expectations on the top and bottom line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s how the retail giant\u2019s results compared to analysts\u2019 estimates:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Revenue: $173.39 billion vs $170.71 billion expected<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Global e-commerce sales surged 23%, topping $100 billion total.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Home Depot <\/b>(HD) shares are falling 2.5% in premarket trade despite beating Q4 expectations as revenue declined year over year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Here\u2019s how the home improvement retailer\u2019s results compared to analysts\u2019 estimates:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      But the CFO said the company sees a chance to return to growth this year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      He told CNBC, \u201cOur market is on its way back to normal demand conditions. We\u2019re not quite there yet, but the pressures we saw in 2023 are receding.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
