Futures are falling after Moody\u2019s cut its outlook for the U.S. late on Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moody\u2019s Cuts U.S. Outlook<\/span><\/h2>\n

Moody\u2019s Investors Service lowered its ratings outlook for the U.S. from to negative from stable after the market closed on Friday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The agency said, \u201cIn the context of higher interest rates, without effective fiscal policy measures to reduce government spending or increase revenues. Moody\u2019s expects that the US\u2019 fiscal deficits will remain very large, significantly weakening debt affordability.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The group also said, \u201cContinued political polarization within US Congress raises the risk that successive governments will not be able to reach consensus on a fiscal plan to slow the decline in debt affordability.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Congress is facing another government shutdown deadline on November 17.<\/span><\/p>\n

The new House Speaker unveiled his proposed budget plan on Saturday, which the White House called \u2018unserious\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

But Moody\u2019s still kept the U.S.\u2019s long-term issuer and senior unsecured loan ratings at AAA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The agency said it expects the country to\u00a0 \u201cretain its exceptional economic strength\u201d and \u201cFurther positive growth surprises over the medium term could at least slow the deterioration in debt affordability.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Tyson Foods <\/b>(TSN) shares are down 2.5% ahead of the open after missing fiscal Q4 sales expectations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Monday.com <\/b>(MNDY) shares are surging 12.1% in premarket trade after crushing Q3 expectations and hiking its full-year guidance.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Boeing <\/b>(BA) shares are up 3.5% ahead of the open after Emirates Airlines announced a $52 billion order from the planemaker.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Emirates will purchase 95 more Boeing aircraft, including 55 Boeing 777-9s and 35 777-8s.<\/span><\/p>\n

      The airline also increased its 787 Dreamliner order to 35 from 30.<\/span><\/p>\n

      It was the first major deal made at the 2023 Dubai Airshow.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
