Futures are flat but lower as traders gear up for the final week of June.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let\u2019s get right to it!<\/span><\/p>\n

Busier Week<\/span><\/h2>\n

This will be a busier week of economic data for traders after a quiet week last week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Things kick off with the release of May durable goods orders Tuesday morning followed by the April S&P Case-Shiller home price index, May new home sales, and June consumer confidence later in the day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

On Wednesday, the main focus is Fed Chair Jerome Powell\u2019s speech.<\/span><\/p>\n

Thursday brings weekly jobless claims, the final Q1 GDP revision, and May pending home sales.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And Friday is the main event with the release of the Fed\u2019s preferred inflation measure, the core PCE price index for May.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal spending and income will also be released that morning plus consumer sentiment later.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucid Jumps On Aston Martin Partnership<\/span><\/h2>\n

Lucid Group <\/b>(LCID) shares are rallying 9.7% ahead of the open after reaching a deal with luxury carmaker Aston Martin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Lucid will take a 3.7% stake in Aston Martin in exchange for access to the electric carmaker\u2019s \u201chigh performance\u201d technology.<\/span><\/p>\n

The agreement includes access to Lucid\u2019s \u201celectric powertrains and battery systems\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Aston Martin will issue about 28.4 million new ordinary shares to Lucid Group and make cash payments totaling $232 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tesla Slips After Goldman Sachs Downgrade<\/span><\/h2>\n

Tesla <\/b>(TSLA) shares are down 1.6% in premarket trade after Goldman Sachs analysts became the latest to downgrade the stock.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Goldman downgrade TSLA to neutral from buy early this morning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The group cited the difficult pricing environment for EV\u2019s and the recent surge in the stock for that move.<\/span><\/p>\n

In a note the analysts said, \u201cWe\u2019re downgrading shares to neutral from buy, as we believe the stock now better reflects our positive long-term view of the company\u2019s growth positioning.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Morgan Stanley, Barclays, and DZ Bank all downgraded TSLA last week.<\/span><\/p>\n

Oil Prices Rise<\/span><\/h2>\n

Oil prices are up this morning after a Russian coup attempt was abandoned over the weekend.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

West Texas Intermediate crude futures are up 0.3% to over $69 bbl while Brent crude futures are up 0.5% to over $74 bbl.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An armed rebellion led by Yevgeny Prigozhin marched toward Moscow on Saturday in what appeared to be an attempted insurrection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
