All depositors of First Republic Bank will become depositors of JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, and will have full access to all of their deposits.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said, \u201cOur government invited us and others to step up, and we did. This acquisition modestly benefits our company overall, it is accretive to shareholders, it helps further advance our wealth strategy, and it is complementary to our existing franchise.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SoFi Rallies On Earnings Beat<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>SoFi Technologies <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(SOFI) shares are rallying 6.4% in premarket trade after beating Q1 expectations on the top and bottom line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s how the online lending giant\u2019s results compared to analysts\u2019 estimates:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adjusted loss per share: $0.05 vs $0.08 expected<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revenue: $460.16 million vs $441 million expected<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SoFi added 433,000 members during the quarter, bringing the total to 5.7 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company hiked its full-year guidance now expecting revenue between $1.96 billion to $2.02 billion vs $1.93 billion to $2 billion previously.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the second quarter, SoFi expects revenue of $470 million to $480 million vs analysts\u2019 expectations for $463.8 million.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Big Week<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Traders are gearing up for a busy week on Wall Street with earnings, the Fed, and some big economic data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More than 1,400 companies are set to report earnings this week including giants like <\/span><b>Ford <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(F), <\/span><b>Starbucks <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(SBUX), <\/span><b>Uber <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(UBER), <\/span><b>Lyft <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(LYFT), and <\/span><b>Apple <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(AAPL).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Plus, it\u2019s Fed week with the central bank\u2019s latest rate decision set to be released on Wednesday.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CME Group\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmegroup.com\/markets\/interest-rates\/cme-fedwatch-tool.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FedWatch<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Tool shows 87.5% of traders expecting another 25 basis point hike this week.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And it\u2019s also jobs week.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Labor Department releases the official April jobs report Friday morning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other key jobs data this week includes the job openings and labor turnover survey (JOLTS) on Tuesday, ADP\u2019s April private employment report on Wednesday, and weekly jobless claims on Thursday.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Case You Missed It<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The University of Michigan\u2019s final consumer sentiment reading for April was unchanged at 63.5 on Friday.
