line.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s how the bank\u2019s results compared to analysts\u2019 estimates:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPS: $1.70 vs $1.62 expected<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revenue: $14.52 billion vs $13.92 billion expected<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Earnings were down 19% year over year while revenue fell 2%.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span reported purchase applications dropped 10% weekly and were down 36% year over year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Refinance applications fell 6% weekly and 56%
