No. Many Pro Desk members are professional prop traders with T3 Trading Group, but it is not required.
Q: Is the Pro Desk only for day traders?
The room is primarily oriented towards day traders, but swing trading opportunities are presented as well.
Q: What do options traders get out of joining the room?
While Derrick does not call out options trades, the room’s stock/ETF ideas can form the basis for options ideas.
Plus, options sweeps are called out on a daily basis, allowing you to "piggyback" smart money in the options markets.
Q: Will Derrick answer my questions?

About Derrick
Derrick first started at T3 Trading Group as a proprietary equity trader in 2011 and has been running his own trading desk since 2013.
His approach integrates day trading, swing trading, and portfolio management with a unique, top-down perspective to the markets.
Derrick has developed and mentored 100s of T3’s entry level traders, and currently manages a group of over 50 pros.
Derrick is also a fifth-degree black belt in karate, and an active martial arts instructor.
He is a former two-time World Kickboxing Association champion, earning titles in two different weight classes.
