(CIE) prices 53 million shares $1.00 in the hole from last nights closing price.

Cobalt International Energy (CIE): 
Prices 52 mln shares of common stock at $28.00 per share (Stock Close Price: 29.09) Feb 24 at 02:03. Stocks is trading off the low 28 level at 28.42 in the early pre market. Watching for a fill to the upside.  Shorts yesterday into this pricing worked very well as the stock trended lower having a $1.50 intra day range.
